#3 PASSIONATE REWARD (5-2) kicked his game up a notch when he shipped to Golden Gate and added blinkers late last summer. He had his 3-race win streak snapped in a runner-up finish vs. optional claiming foes Jan. 4. The early-pressing type might get first run and can start a new streak under Juan Hernandez.

#4 Sequentially (3-1) frequently finishes in the top three at this course and distance. A stalking trip is expected.

#7 Pure Comedy (7-2) hit the board in seven of his last nine starts at this level. He has not won in quite some time but looks like a solid underneath threat.

#6 Oh Marvelous Me (8-1) was last seen capturing a $25k stakes race at Emerald Downs on a wet track Sept. 22. The 8-year-old gelding captured a local entry level event at this distance in 2018.
